Stellar Ephemeris

May 12-16, 2011
Marikina City, Philippines

The sky outlines
the sharp edges

etched on the curve
of the atmosphere

as short as most
comets coming

toward the horizon
where dying stars are

able to sleep, heave
as if tired of being

in limbo. In fact,
they never move:

only appearances,
disappearances.

That’s why there are
no constellations,

final and finite. Find
out the truth that clouds

covering the empty fields,
the observer lying

upside down.
